What is rope access?

IRATA International's rope access system is an industry accepted safe method of working at height where ropes and associated equipment are used to gain access to and from the work position, and to be supported there.  In Australia there are currently close to 1,500 active IRATA qualified rope technicians working for 47 IRATA Member Companies.

Where do rope techs work:

You'll find IRATA Rope Access Technicians working on: High-Rise buildings, mine maintenance shutdowns, offshore oil & gas platforms, geo-technical slope stabilisations, processing facilities and wind farms.

About the Trainers:

Training will be conducted by our specialist trainers with over 50+ years' collective IRATA Rope Access experience.

About the Venue:

The venue has been custom designed to resemble buildings and mining environments. We're fully air conditioned to promote a relaxed atmosphere and we're conveniently located between Gold Coast and Brisbane.
