About:
With extensive experience as an IRATA Level 1, 2 & 3 practitioner, IRATA Instructor, Technical Authority, Rope Access Manager, and IRATA Assessor, I have built a diverse and rewarding career in the rope access industry.
In 2016, I sold my previous rope access company to a publicly listed firm, which allowed me to step into a new challenge: managing over 200 rope technicians across various projects. This transition not only expanded my managerial skills but also deepened my understanding of the industry's broader landscape.
Having been an IRATA Assessor since 2017 and an instructor for IRATA courses since 2014, I have had the privilege of shaping the next generation of rope access professionals. Throughout my career, I have successfully built and managed Graviteq’s five IRATA training locations in Brisbane (x2), Perth, Adelaide, and the Philippines, ensuring high standards of safety and excellence in every operation.
I am committed to furthering my skills as a well-rounded rope technician, actively seeking out international training opportunities. This dedication ensures that Graviteq’s rope access and rescue syllabus remains relevant and aligned with international best practices, equipping our team with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in our field.
My rope access career has taken me across the globe, where I have collaborated with exceptional individuals along the way. I find immense fulfilment in my journey so far and am eager to embark on the next stage of your rope access journey, sharing the path with you.

About:
My journey with ropes began in the adventure recreation sector, where I had the opportunity to lead high rope activities with youth groups. It was an incredibly rewarding experience that ignited my passion for working at heights and fostering teamwork, confidence, and personal growth in the participants.
As my career progressed, I transitioned into the industrial sector, where I became a Registered Training Organization (RTO) instructor. In this role, I have been fortunate to instruct various courses focused on heights, rescue, and confined space operations. My commitment to safety and excellence has allowed me to share my knowledge and skills with countless students, equipping them for success in high-risk environments.
My professional journey took a significant turn when I obtained my IRATA certification. This opened up new avenues and challenges for me, driving my ambition to achieve my IRATA Instructor qualification. Since then, I have embraced my role at Graviteq's Perth facility with enthusiasm and dedication, leading courses that not only meet but exceed industry standards.
The sky truly is the limit, and I am passionate about helping others push their own boundaries while ensuring safety and proficiency in rope access and rescue operations. Every day, I strive to refine my skills, stay updated with industry best practices, and inspire the next generation of rope technicians.
