Congratulations to IRATA and All Certified Technicians!
We're thrilled to announce that IRATA will be unveiling a fresh, new design for our Technician Certificates, effective from 4th November 2024. This update marks a significant milestone for the entire IRATA community, underscoring our dedication to the highest standards in rope access certification.
What’s New?
The redesigned certificates will now proudly feature the UKAS symbol of accreditation and display our UKAS registration number: 8384. This addition is more than a visual enhancement—it’s a powerful testament to the quality and integrity of IRATA certification. The UKAS symbol signifies that our certification scheme is independently audited and recognized as meeting ISO/IEC 17024 standards. This international standard outlines the general requirements for bodies operating certification of persons, solidifying our commitment to excellence and accountability.
Why This Matters
This change brings additional prestige and credibility to the IRATA certification. The UKAS symbol on each certificate reflects not only a high level of skill and training but also adherence to internationally recognized standards. This is a step forward in reinforcing IRATA’s global reputation and providing employers, clients, and industries with further confidence in the qualifications held by IRATA-certified technicians.
