Just finished my career 8th IRATA membership audit 😅 As daunting as it is to be under the microscope, it’s a welcomed process. Independent audits are a great tool to gauge whether Companies are compliant firstly with their own procedures as well as strict criteria defined by IRATA for training and operations. IRATA has set the bar high and rightly so. Rope access is inherently a high risk activity. It’s the controls we put in place from the top down that ultimately keep us safe.
